- 48hrs notice is required for any changes.

Return Policy:

- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

- All deposits for events must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to event date. (All unpaid invoices or orders will be cancelled.)

-All rush orders, (orders placed less than 2 weeks to event) will be charged a rush order fee to be processed and will be done last on our order queue.

- All orders placed less than one week prior to event date must be paid in full at the time of invoice and be confirmed!

Publication:

All of our orders are posted via social media, including start to finish. By purchasing from Precious prints you are consenting that any photos sent to us directly by the purchasing customer for use may be used for promotional and design purposes via our social media outlets Unless otherwise stated.

ALL PROOFS MUST BE APPROVED WITHIN 24HRS OF BEING DELIVERED. ANY PROOF NOT APPROVED WITHIN 24HRS OF BEING DELIVERED WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO PRINT AND DELIVERED VIA THE PICKUP/DELIVERY METHOD PURCHASED AT THE TIME ORDERING. 

Shipping Notice and Turn Around

Turn around time, or better knowns as production time is a standard 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS unless you choose a rush option.  All rush options are business days.  Business Days DO NOT include weekends an for Holidays.
